Not only Salora’s products are top-notch, our service is also of excellent quality. Not completely satisfied with your purchase? You can return to us most of the products that you have purchased with us, subject to certain conditions.
Return shipments are at the risk of the buyer. This means that Salora can not be held responsible if returned items are damaged or lost.

Within 14 days
Salora accepts returned items as long as you return them within 14 days after you receive them. Always enclose a copy invoice or copy of packing slip. Furthermore, the product must be in its original, undamaged condition, complete with any accessories. We do not credit invoices for used or damaged items.

If everything is in order, we will refund the amount you paid for the products through the payment method you used. You can expect the amount in your account within 14 days.
